Vergelijkbaar met Cesaire, identificeert Maria Zambrano dromen als zowel de bron van, als de ruimte voor, poëtisch onderzoek. In het kader van de tentoonstelling Delirium & Destiny, organiseert A Tale of a Tub de schrijfworkshop Performing Dreams onder leiding van dichter Mia You. Deelnemers worden uitgenodigd om hun dromen—of de onverklaarbare, onmogelijke details die zij zich herinneren—vast te leggen, om ze vervolgens collectief uit te voeren. De workshop is als het ware een oefening in het omzetten van onze ontwijkende, persoonlijke, schijnbaar inconsequente bekommeringen, in poëzie die de toekomst beschrijft.
